Warehouse Supervisor Location: Greenfield, MA, US, 01301 Compensation:\$70,000 - \$75,000 (Dependent on Experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday,9:30am. - 6:30pm. Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible forsupervising warehouse personnel while overseeing the shipping andReceiving Functions Of The Warehouse. Essential Duties &Responsibilities Oversee shipping and receiving functions and otherwarehouse operations as needed Ensure optimal inventory levels of fullgoods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs Ensureefficient utilization of space; establish warehouse layout and routetruck loading patterns that minimize loading times and guarantee properstock rotation Supervise team of warehouse employees; ensure team isadequately staffed, managed, trained and evaluated Manage withinbudgetary and operational guidelines Comply with OSHA regulations aswell as company established policies and procedures Maintain and enforcestandards of health, safety, and security Make recommendations andimplement processes to improve the overall productivity, quality andsafety of warehouse operations Job Requirements High school diploma, GEDor equivalent required; bachelor\'s degree strongly preferred A minimumof 3 years of Warehouse, Operations or Logistics experience requiredPrevious Supervisory And/or Leadership Experience Preferred Experienceworking with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred; forkliftcertification a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills
