Technical Delivery Manager Location: New York, NY (Exclusive - Candidates must be currently based in NYC) Company: Coderio Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAt Coderio, the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is a senior leadership position accountable for end-to-end technical delivery, execution excellence, and solution governance across our most strategic client engagements.You will act as a Trusted Advisor, partnering closely with client technical leadership (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) and Coderio’s distributed engineering teams. Your mission is to ensure architectural consistency, scalable delivery, and clear business outcomes, driving digital transformation through cutting-edge Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.What to Expect Strategic Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution for high-stakes projects.Technical Advisory: Serve as the primary technical consultant for senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex architectural decisions.Pre-sales & Discovery: Lead technical discovery phases, solution architecture design, and effort estimation for new strategic initiatives.Cloud Governance: Design and govern secure, scalable hybrid architectures across AWS and Azure.Engineering Leadership: Guide teams in modern architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native development best practices.SDLC Oversight: Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle, proactively mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and optimizing delivery performance.Account Growth: Identify opportunities to evolve technical solutions, building long-term trust and expanding the technical footprint within client accounts.Metrics & Excellence: Track delivery health through KPIs, capacity planning, and service metrics.RequirementsExperience: 8+ years of proven experience in technical leadership, software delivery, and solutions architecture.Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise-level solutions on AWS and/or Azure.Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.Technical Background: Hands-on experience with at least one core stack (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, or React).Leadership: Proven track record leading and enabling distributed engineering teams in complex environments.Client Presence: Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging C-level technical stakeholders.Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).Location: Current residence in New York City is mandatory.Nice to HaveExperience with Generative AI solutions, data platforms, or data governance frameworks.Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security principles.Experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.Professional proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.Why Join Coderio?Join a fast-growing global tech company where you will have the autonomy to lead high-impact projects and the support of a world-class engineering team.
