The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating logistics, expediting materials and resources, overseeing inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The role involves regular communication with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and problem resolution throughout the construction process.QualificationsExperience with Expediting and coordinating materials and resources for projectsProficiency in Project Management methods, tools, and effective problem-solvingKnowledge of local construction Inspection processes to ensure quality controlLogistics Management expertise to oversee the transportation and delivery of resourcesStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsWorking knowledge of construction and safety standardsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Experience with software tools for project and logistics management is a plus
