DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps EngineerLocation: McLean, VA (100% Onsite) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Onsite Interview Required) Employment - Only W2 Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. This is a fully onsite role and requires candidates to attend an in-person interview.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processesManage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationCollaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cyclesMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environmentsImplement security best practices in DevOps workflows (DevSecOps)Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like KubernetesEnsure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systemsRequired Skills:Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCPHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Shell)Experience with Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormationKnowledge of Docker & KubernetesExperience with version control systems like GitStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in implementing DevSecOps practicesFamiliarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK StackExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsRelevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)Additional Requirements:Must be willing to work onsite in McLean, VA (5 days/week)Must be available for a face-to-face interviewStrong communication and collaboration skills
