Electrical Technician SupervisorLocation: La Vergne, TNPosition Overview:We're partnering with an established manufacturing company in the industrial equipment space looking for an Electrical Technician Supervisor who wants to stay close to the work — not manage from a distance. This role is equal parts hands-on troubleshooting, team development, and cross-functional communication: you'll be diagnosing electrical issues on the floor, training technicians on assembly procedures and safety standards, and keeping engineering and company leadership informed through regular project status reporting.
