K4 Lead Teacher

We are looking for an upbeat and energetic people who have a heart for children!! All staff members must have the desire to teach young children spiritually and academically as well as facilitate an engaging playtime! Applicants must have a high school diploma/GED, a current shot record and the ability pass a background check. Teaching experience is mandatory. Responsibilities - Implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. - Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior. - Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive student interactions. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements.
