Read about all our awards and accolades here!If you are interested in being part of an amazing technology-driven company culture where you can apply your sales and customer satisfaction-focused skills to help others in a fast-paced environment, Venterra has an excellent property management career opportunity for you to apply your leadership skills as a full-time Lease Up Community Manager for The Delta Pearland in Pearland, Texas.OFFERING A $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!***This role will require a minimum of two years of lease-up conventional market experience in the multi-family industry within the last few years as either a manager or at a higher level.A qualified candidate for the Lease-up Community Manager position can expect starting pay at $91,000 base salary + 20% performance-based bonus & renewal bonuses.Our Lease Up Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment.
