Construction Supervisor (Electrical)

Project OverviewGreenfield construction project installing five simple-cycle combustion turbinesFull site build including roads, concrete foundations, turbine installation, and supporting equipmentWill provide oversight and inspection of the EPC contractorInspections and verifications performed against drawings, specifications, and contract requirementsPerform quality inspections using ArcGIS / Survey123 and inspection templatesVerify EPC contractor work meets contract and design requirementsDocument inspection results and findingsParticipate in daily Plan of the Day (POD) meetingsCoordinate inspection readiness with EPC contractorExpected schedule: approximately 60 hours per week (10 hours/day, 6 days/week)Required Qualifications7-10 years of experience in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical construction oversightStrong background in quality control inspectionsPower plant experience (gas, coal, or similar) strongly preferredCombustion turbine experience a plus, but not requiredExperience with ArcGIS, Survey123, or Procore preferredValid driver's licenseBenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
