Electronic Solderer- 1st Shift

Our client is looking for an Electronic Solderer to join a leading manufacturing solutions provider serving the vibrant Electronics Manufacturing industry. If you have experience in soldering delicate electronic components, working with PCBs, and utilizing techniques like hand soldering, wave soldering, or reflow soldering, this role might be perfect for you. In this position, you will perform precision soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components, ensuring high-quality connections and compliance with industry standards such as IPC-A-610. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling electronic assemblies with care and accuracy, and maintaining soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance. Required Skills, Education and Experience: 2+ years of recent soldering experience in electronics manufacturing or a related industry Proficiency in hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow soldering techniques Strong attention to detail with an understanding of quality standards like IPC-A-610 Ability to inspect solder joints and perform rework or desoldering when necessary Familiarity with working around delicate electronic components and using magnification tools Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
