Custodial Manager
CYNWAVE Solutions has an exciting opportunity available for a Custodial Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure all administrative working areas to include restrooms, patient rooms, offices, hallways, elevators, escalators, common areas and immediate building perimeters are clean and kept in an orderly manner.
Job Summary:
The Custodial Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the cleaning activities of all assigned facilities. They also prepare the work schedules in advance, handle customer complaints.

Location: Fort Novosel, Al
Shifts Available: 07:00 am to 03:30 pm (as needed)
Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English
Housekeeping certification, such as Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) certification, desired
Written certification of experience and copies of the formal training program
Duties:
Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
Plan and coordinate the activities of Custodial supervisors and their crew
Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance
Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget
Handle administrative tasks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
