Government Contracts Lead, responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle and driving revenue execution in a full-time role that requires strong judgment and ownership in a regulated environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead contract drafting, review, and negotiation for government and commercial agreements Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution and renewal Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to enhance deal structures and mitigate risksRequired QualificationsExperience in government contracting, defense-tech, or regulated industries Ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts independently Strong analytical and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, NIST, or ITAR is strongly preferred
