Business Strategist

Job Description: Business Strategist We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Strategist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Corporate Strategy, Executive Team, Proposal Writers, and Estimating to gain valuable hands-on experience in developing and executing business strategies, proposals, and market penetration plans. You will play a crucial role in helping our organization identify new opportunities, breakdown projects scope and proposals, analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability. 1. Assist Director of Corporate Strategy in conducting research and analysis to evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, events, trade shows, and pre-proposal meetings. 2. Support the development of client initiatives, including market entry strategies, proposal development strategies, and pricing strategies. 3. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients, internal stakeholders and executive leadership. 4. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and operational turnovers. 1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or management or a related field is required. MBA is preferred but not mandatory. 1-3 years of experience is preferred. 2. Analytic and Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. 3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences. 4. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. 5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Technology proficiency: Proficiency in using business software and tools, such as MS Office suite, data analysis software, and project management tools. The position will receive mentorship and guidance to develop their skills and grow into a successful business strategist. Travel roughly 50-60% to nearby locations such as Orlando, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Destin, PCB, and Austin. Pay range – 65-75k, plus auto allowance, phone allowance, bonus options, shared benefits.
