Rehabilitative care begins with appropriate therapies that lead the patient to the greatest degree of function possible, with individualized therapy goals to prepare patients once again, to enter the world of independent living. Every day, our dedicated team of rehabilitation and clinical experts help patients of all ages with all types of injuries and conditions feel stronger, more independent, and more confident than they ever thought possible.How you'll contributeA dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist. This role involves applying appropriate therapeutic modalities, monitoring patient responses, and providing timely updates on progress or needed adjustments to treatment goals. The PTA documents all services rendered and educates patients and their families or caregivers about physical deficits and recovery strategies. Additional duties include supporting discharge planning, advising on adaptive equipment, and connecting patients to community support resources.
