Apply today!Nature of WorkThis role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support employee growth and organizational success. This role involves instructional design, facilitation, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure workforce development aligns with business objectives.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary system administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand, including assignments, course maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate, up-to-date learning records.Troubleshoot learner and system issues with a focus on timely, helpful, and thoughtful solutions.Monitor completion rates and communicate with leaders to ensure requirements are met.Prepare and distribute learning reports, compliance tracking, and dashboards to support business needs.Continuously identify ways to improve LMS processes and enhance system reliability.Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs and events (both virtual and in-person).Prepare organized and professional training materials and evaluations.Track participation, manage records, and ensure all details are handled accurately and on schedule.Partner with facilitators and subject matter experts to deliver smooth, well-coordinated sessions.Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure program success.Manage shared L&D inboxes and communication channels, providing prompt, helpful responses.Design and contribute to learning-related communications, including newsletters, announcements, and training updates.Maintain the L&D intranet page, ensuring upcoming training and resources are accurate and easy to navigate.Compile and distribute monthly training reports with accuracy and consistency.Support management of learning resources, including our virtual library, instructional design tools, and content providers.Support facilitation activities as needed; optional opportunities to co-facilitate or lead sessions if interested.QualificationsAbility to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely mannerAbility to conduct effective presentationsCommunication skills, verbal and writtenStrong technical aptitude and comfort with learning new systems.Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Ability to understand and implement best practice standardsKnowledge of organizational structure and available resourcesAbility to quickly and effectively solve complex problemsAbility to deliver quality through attention to detailOrganizational skillsListening skillsAbility to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to adapt to changeAbility to be proactive and resourcefulAbility to follow-up on inquiries in a timely mannerAbility to prioritize multiple projectsAbility to build relationships with team members that transcend a projectEducationA minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university, or equivalent experienceExperience0-3 years of work experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, administrative support, or a related field preferred.Physical Demands and Working Environment Physical demands for this position are moderate.
