Engineering Technical Coordinator

Our technology is capable of producing highly complex semiconductor parts, enabling next level efficiencies in electronics manufacturing.JOIN US and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy.This newly created position will be working under the direction of the Engineering Manager maintaining critical master data and documentation within the D365 ERP System. This role serves as the technical bridge between Engineering, Quality, and Production, ensuring that all production and new production introduction (NPI) data - including part numbers, bills of materials (BOM) and production routes and commodity codes are accurately created, maintained and compliant with quality standards.Role and responsibilities:ERP data management: Execute the end-to-end setup of released products in D365, including the assignment of unique part numbers and technical attributes.BOM creation & maintenance: Build and manage multi-level Bills of Materials, perform BOM versioning and certification to ensure production readiness and costing accuracy.Routing & process mapping: Create and maintain manufacturing routes in D365 for all areas of the business.Commodity & trade compliance: Enter and maintain commodity codes to ensure accurate customs identification and duty calculations.NPI quality documentation: Author and maintain technical documentation for new product launches, including work instructions, process flow charts and PFMEA/DFMEA reports.System optimization Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize D365 workflows for better data integrity across the NPI lifecycle.Requirements:Two-year technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related technical field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.One to two year's experience in a technical administrative or engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.Proven experience using ERP systems, D365 preferred.Strong understanding of manufacturing structures, including sub-assemblies, BOMs and routing links.Benefits:We can offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package that is unsurpassed in this geographical area, including:Low-cost health insurance plan for the employee and their family including medical, dental, & vision plan options, short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance for employee and family, voluntary buy-up life insurance options, and voluntary plans such as Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance.Matching 401k plan9 paid holidays, 5 paid time off days, and a very generous paid vacation time.
