Customer Service Representative – Evening ShiftSchedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm Department: Customer ServiceReports to: EVP Customer Experience FLSA Status: ExemptBush Brothers Provision Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift to support our daily office operations and provide outstanding service to our customers. This role is responsible for order entry, customer support, invoice processing, and coordination of daily customer requests in a fast-paced environment.Bush Brothers is a fifth-generation family-run meat purveyor based in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Established in 1925, we pride ourselves on best-in-class service and a high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA-inspected processing plant, we specialize in center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Florida's high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. We process and distribute Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, and Provisions throughout South and Central Florida as well as into the Caribbean.Key accountabilities Supporting daily office operations, which include answering phones, following up with customers, taking customer orders, entering orders into our software, processing invoices/credit memos, and handling other daily tasks.Specific DutiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyProvide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.Represent the Company's service standards through excellent customer service.Process and enter orders, credits, forms, and requests into our ERP.Manage daily pickup and will-call orders.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors, and coworkers at all times.Check in drivers upon completion of their routes. Process credit memos and returns.Assist the Night Supervisor in preparing orders for selection, including routing, label printing, and addressing special requests.Support the warehouse team in order fulfillment, inventory verification, and product location.QualificationsAt least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the foodservice or distribution industryHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skills- Bilingual a plus but not required.Strong attention to detailAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks and time management in a fast-paced environment.Proficient computer skillsBenefitsWe offer healthcare benefit plan for our employees, including vision, dental, and supplemental benefits.We also offer a 401k Plan for retirement, including company matching contributions.We serve Breakfast and Lunch for our team daily.We offer discounted purchases of food products for personal use.80 hrs. of PTO- Certain blackout dates may apply during major holiday periods based on business needsPaid Holidays Annually.
