The team manages significant ad spend and is building a world-class creative engine to match. You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape a bold personal brand and elevate the company’s content across platforms. The culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly autonomous, with a strong focus on ownership and creative impact.What You’ll Be DoingEdit high-energy talking-head videos with kinetic typography, motion graphics, and fast pacing.Produce short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.Create longer-form YouTube videos, focused on education and insights.Build and maintain branded templates, intros, outros, and motion systems.Collaborate directly with the CEO on content ideas, scripts, and filming direction.Design supporting assets like thumbnails, carousels, and marketing collateral.Requirements3+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio of founder or personal brand content.Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Strong motion graphics ability, including kinetic text and dynamic transitions.Solid understanding of short-form content trends and platform optimization.Experience with AI tools like CapCut, Runway, Descript, or similar.Excellent English communication and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.Pacific Time availability is preferred.Nice to HaveExperience in DTC ecommerce or performance marketing content.Graphic design skills using Figma, Illustrator, or Canva.Experience with YouTube thumbnails and A/B testing.Background in social media management or content strategy.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary100% remote workWork directly with the CEO and gain hands-on exposure to strategic decision-making.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
