Graphic Designer

Overview We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse design projects and contribute to the visual identity of our company. Responsibilities Preparing art for production: Pre-flighting all art. Checking that the approved CAD was used on the art. Noting if changes are needed and/or areas of concern. All linked files are supplied. Art supplied has adequate resolution. Adjusting supplied art to run flexo, litho or digital. Laying supplied art on new die lines Communicate with project management by creating PDF with comments listing recommended changes or pointing out areas that have been adjusted. Uploaded art to plate makers. Use ftp, ShareFolder, and Dropbox to transfer the production ready art to all vendors. Preparing art for design request: Create per design request. Proactive renderings showing multiple design possibilities. Create renderings of pallet configuration or exploded views. Renderings for customer’s sales sheet. of a three-dimensional view of display. Create and mockups as requested. Use supplied art from customer or past production. Mockups as requested for proactive accounts as well as customer requested. Artwork can be supplied or created from customer’s website. Set up instructions created for production art. Copacker instructions – Video, Photos, or Line drawings. Retail Instructions – Line drawings to print or added to shipper art. Preparing art for Sales: Sales’ aids – PowerPoint presentations (Images), Standees, Sales sheets, images of past displays. Visitor reserved parking signs: Create “Reserved Parking Signs” for visitors. Use art from customer’s website or past production runs. Appspace – Workspace Management Software - Images upload and updates. McLean Cares program updates Employee announcements Holidays updated Experience Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work Proficiency in graphic design software Familiarity with photography principles Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: Pennsauken, NJ 08110 (Required) Work Location: In person
