Property Acquisition -Real Estate Investment Assistant – Trustee Sale & Distressed Property Speci

Job Summary We are a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of properties through trustee sales, foreclosure auctions, and other distressed asset channels. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant with existing real estate knowledge who can help identify, evaluate, and support the acquisition of investment properties. Responsibilities: Research and evaluate properties scheduled for trustee sale and foreclosure auctions Perform preliminary title and lien research Analyze property values, ARV, and repair estimates Assist with due diligence and acquisition preparation Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and vendors Maintain property and lead databases Prepare summary reports on prospective properties Attend trustee sales as needed (optional but preferred) Experience Working knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology Familiarity with trustee sales, foreclosures, liens, and title searches (preferred) Ability to evaluate property values and investment potential Strong analytical and research skills Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and online real estate tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation (if local field work is required) Preferred Qualifications: Real estate license (not required but a plus) Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, probate, or foreclosure markets Experience using MLS, PropStream, CoStar, or similar platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Culver City, CA 90232 (Required) Work Location: In person
