OverviewThis role plays a key part in attracting top talent to support large-scale, geographically distributed operations across North America. These operations are focused on driving sustainable, efficient, and high-performing business outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.As the recruiter supporting this core business function, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers across multiple regions to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and source high-quality candidates aligned to operational and business priorities. You will also contribute to recruiting efforts for the Strategy and Technology team, which delivers innovative, research-driven solutions to enhance overall business performance and productivity.We are a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on attracting top talent. While each team member manages their own region, we work closely together to support one another and achieve shared goals.In this role, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners across the organization while being assigned to a specific business segment. Your success will come from earning trust, guiding managers through the hiring process, and consistently delivering results. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies to drive candidate pipelines, provide direct sourcing support for critical roles, and help coordinate screening and selection processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end recruiting support, including job postings, pre-screening questions, sourcing, applicant tracking, compliance, and candidate screeningDevelop sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns to increase visibility of open roles, leveraging industry insights and recruiting trendsEnsure all recruiting efforts align with the company brand and value propositionServe as a subject matter expert in recruiting best practices and market insightsContribute to talent acquisition initiatives and support broader staffing and sourcing projects in partnership with the Talent Acquisition teamQualificationsExperience:3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or other operationally focused environmentsExperience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments is highly preferredBreadth:A well-rounded recruiter who thrives in a full-cycle recruiting environment and brings a creative, solution-oriented approachCore Skills:Strong sourcing capability, including proactive outreach and creative strategies for hard-to-fill rolesRelationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with hiring teamsTechnical aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and platformsSoft Skills:Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectivelyProblem-solving mindset and adaptabilityStrong judgment, communication, and listening skillsTechnical Skills:Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably TaleoFamiliarity with vendor platforms (background checks, job boards, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office toolsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree requiredCertifications (Preferred):CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, or PCR certificationsTravel:Occasional travel to the corporate office in Seattle and other operational sites as neededCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSHourly contract rate range of $40.00 to $45.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions.
