This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining quality and safety standards; visual inspections measurements and functional testing of the product; recording data/test results to validate conformance; and assisting with quality related reports, reviews, and audits as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms basic to moderate receiving, in-process, or finished product inspections on devices, raw materials, parts, packaging, and other components following established Quality Control procedures and standards.Uses measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gages, optical inspection, and computerized inspection devices as needed.Documents inspection results by completing applicable inspection reports and logs.Setting up inspectionsDemonstrating proficient ability to interpret instructions, drawings, sketches and specifications for inspectionsTesting, sampling, and troubleshooting components, electronic devices and/or raw materials.Ensuring inspected components meets pre-determined standards.Applying approval or rejection labels on components and or raw materialsExamining workmanship, proper installation, binding, and alignmentResponsible for keeping measuring equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for calibrations and repairs when required.Maintains manufacturing and inspection related documentation.Assist with onboarding and training new inspectors.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standard operating procedures and complying with legal regulations.Participate in quality control related activities.Minimum Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of previous work experience in a QC inspector positionBlueprint/drawing interpretation.GD&T skillsCMM operation skills a plusMust have a working knowledge of measuring instruments.Ability to articulate clearly, professionally, and effectively.Ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision.Previous work experience should demonstrate good people skills, self-motivation, flexibility, detail-oriented work style, professional appearance and attitude, and ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients at all levels.Must have legible handwriting.Some OT & weekends may be required based on business need.Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
