Title: Concierge Coordinator Facility: Morton Plant Hospital The Concierge Coordinator responsibilities include: Manage the customer experience of our visitors and patient's families ensuring that all are welcomed in our lobby and provided with information and tools to assist them in their needs Provide information pertaining to BayCare and the local area Interacting with all hospital departments receiving visitors, gaining information about services and needs of those departments to ensure that visitors are sent to or escorted to the right location Train, schedule, and coordinate the volunteers who assist at the front desk Overseeing certain inpatient waiting areas including appropriate volunteer staffing and training and providing for appropriate beverages, snacks, room set up and necessary visitor communications.
