Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Vestal, NY 13850Shift: Evenings (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hourJob Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of Charge NurseAssist new residents in adjusting to the unit and care environmentMonitor, observe, and report changes in patient conditionDocument progress notes and update care plans as neededAdminister medications (excluding IV) and monitor for side effectsCarry out therapeutic treatments and nursing proceduresMaintain accurate nursing records and reportsCollaborate with interdisciplinary care team for resident care planningAttend staff meetings and in-service training programsEnsure safe handling and accounting of controlled medicationsOperate medical equipment such as oxygen units and suction machinesRequirements:Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license – New York State required
