Compensation Range$36.86 - $49.77Job Description SummaryUnder general supervision, the Building Inspector I conducts field inspections on primarily residential construction projects to ensure compliance with all adopted codes, standards, and local ordinances. This position is considered an entry-level position.Under general supervision, the Building Inspector II conducts field inspections on primarily residential construction projects to ensure compliance with all adopted codes, standards, and local ordinances. (Upon hire required)Pre-employment substance screening is required for this position.This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
