ReConstruction Project Manager
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction operations. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate located between the two offices, with the ability to regularly travel between locations.
The Reconstruction Manager will lead and support a growing team of Project Managers and in-house carpenters while driving operational performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across both markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee reconstruction operations for both the Allentown and Scranton offices
Manage and mentor 2 or more Project Managers
In-house carpentry teams
Ensure each Project Manager achieves annual revenue goals of $1.5 million
Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management to project teams
Identify and resolve project delays, customer concerns, and operational bottlenecks to keep jobs moving efficiently
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and recruit additional subcontractor partners as needed
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company quality standards
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements, staffing, and growth initiatives
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the reconstruction process
Qualifications
Proven experience successfully managing a reconstruction department within a restoration company
Strong working knowledge of TPA programs and insurance-driven reconstruction work, including:
Alacrity
Contractor Connection
Sedgwick
Westhill
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field teams
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to “unstick” challenging projects
Strong subcontractor management and recruiting experience
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to travel regularly between the Allentown and Scranton offices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling reconstruction operations and driving revenue growth
Established network of subcontractors and industry relationships
Background in restoration, insurance repair, and reconstruction project management

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
