Project Manager

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a growing SaaS organization to hire a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for an AP automation platform. This role will lead customers through configuration, integration, and go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, SaaS experience, and client-facing leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer onboarding projects from pre-sale through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to customer objectivesCollaborate with clients to understand business requirements and configure workflows, budgets, and ERP integrationsLead technical scoping discussions with customer IT teams and document specifications for integrations or custom reportingPartner with internal developers to implement tailored solutionsSupport pre-sales activities by defining scope, estimating effort, and preparing statements of workBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidanceContribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing across the implementation teamProvide advanced support for post go-live optimization and customer successQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred1+ years of experience managing SaaS or ERP implementations from discovery to go-liveWorking knowledge of Accounts Payable and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online)Technical understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and implementation challengesStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality resultsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with scripting or development (JavaScript, REST APIs, database structures)Experience with project or CRM tools (Wrike, Jira, Salesforce)Multilingual skills (Spanish or French) a plus
