HVAC Controls Technician

System Service & Engineering, a leader in Full Service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida and the Gulf Coast is looking to add a Dynamic and Motivated HVAC Controls Technician to our Team in Lynn Haven, FL! Our Ideal Candidate has: Experience with DDC controls Experience with graphical programming and graphic integration Networking experience to set up Routers, Static IP, Cable Modem, and Firewall Know the fundamentals of BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP, ASI Protocol, and BBMD and Troubleshooting experience Famiiliarity with VFD controls, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Rooftop HVAC Units, Chillers, VAV's, Airflow test and balance Up to date on All Electrical Codes (NEC) Ability to read and understand building plans Able to lift up to 50lbs. Able to work on ladders for long periods of time
