Find your future with us.The Boeing B-52 Commercial Engineer Replacement Program is seeking a broad range of experience levels, including Senior and Lead Supplier Requirements Engineers. This position is located in Oklahoma City.The successful candidate will plan, organize, and coordinate resources necessary to successfully execute program milestones for subsystems. As the SRE Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating SSOW (Supplier Statement of Work) requests between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the Supplier Requirements Engineering (SRE) team. You will be responsible for SDRL (Supplier Data Requirements List) tracking, forecasting and prioritizing CERP (Commercial Engine Replacement Program) work, and reporting CERP SRE status. Additionally, you will ensure customer Statement of Work (SOW) traceability and CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) - SDRL trace. Your expertise will be vital in providing engineering support between suppliers, supply management, programs, and IPTs.Position Responsibilities Coordinate SSOW requests between IPTs and SRE team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Track SDRLs and ensure timely delivery of required supplier data. Forecast and prioritize CERP work, considering program needs and resource availability. Report CERP SRE status to relevant stakeholders, providing updates on progress and any potential issues. Ensure customer SOW traceability and appropriate requirement flow down to suppliers. Maintain CDRL - SDRL trace, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Provide engineering support and facilitate communication between suppliers, supply management, programs, and IPTs.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.9 or more years of related work experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):(Level 5) 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong understanding of supplier management processes and engineering principles.Experience in coordinating and managing SSOW requests.Proficiency in SDRL/CDRL tracking and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in aerospace or defense industry.Understanding of configuration management and requirements traceability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.RelocationRelocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.Typical Education/Experience:Senior (Level 4)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Lead (Level 5)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience).
