As the Youth Group Home Staff member, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of a group home, including participating in all programs and activities within the home and working closely with the residents of the home to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience working with youth with mental health concerns.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the group homeWork closely with residents to ensure all needs are being metMaintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelinesHandle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payrollHandle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as neededQualificationsDemonstrated experience with working with mental health youth Strong familiarity with regulations on group homes desiredExperience with working with youth between the ages of 10-17 years oldStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
