This location offers a balanced lifestyle with quality amenities and a strong sense of community.Role Responsibilities:Provide high-quality Telemetry nursing care to patients, monitoring cardiac conditions and responding to changes promptlyCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plansUtilize clinical skills to assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes in a fast-paced environmentAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfortComplete documentation accurately and timely, adhering to all facility policies and regulatory requirementsFloat as needed to support staffing demands and maintain continuity of careWork scheduled shifts including variable nights and 4 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, with holiday coverage as requiredQualifications and Experience:Valid Missouri RN license with active BLS and ACLS certifications upon application submissionMinimum of 2 years Telemetry nursing experienceAt least 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferredAbility to complete Occupational Health appointment including drug screen, TB test, and physical examStrong communication and critical-thinking skillsSchedule:0645 to 1915, variable night shiftsWeekend coverage: 4 shifts every 6 weeksHoliday coverage as needed (no holiday time off approved)No on-call dutiesThis is a contract position offering a competitive bill rate. Occupational health clearance is mandatory prior to start.
