Youth STEM Instructor (Coding/Web Dev)

Athena Coding is a premier after-school programming education company offering engaging programs that inspire creativity and learning for kids. We are looking to hire after-school teachers for our upcoming Fall program. As an instructor, you will guide students grades 1-6 through hands-on lessons that introduce them to computers, STEM concepts, and basic web development skills. All lesson plans and equipment are provided to support your teaching. Responsibilities: Lead a classroom of 10-15 children using our provided curriculum. Teach students foundational computer skills, STEM concepts, and introductory web development through hands-on coding exercises & activities. Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment. We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and enthusiastic character. A passion for working with children. Experience teaching, tutoring, or working with children is a plus.
