You play a key role in delivering a five-star guest experience by offering attentive, professional, and knowledgeable service at all times.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely transport guests to and from resort locations or assigned destinations.Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.Greet passengers with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with luggage when needed.Maintain thorough knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.Communicate effectively with guests and staff, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.Inspect assigned vehicle before and after each shift, ensuring proper operation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and resort transportation policies.Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of both work areas and vehicles at all times.Report any incidents, accidents, or guest issues immediately to Loss Prevention and the Manager on Duty.Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
