Part-Time | $23-$26.50/hr | (Anaheim, Orange, Buena Park, Tustin, La Habra, Fullerton) Do you love working with kids — babysitting, helping at school, or volunteering with little ones? At Autism Learning Partners and Children's Learning Connection , we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed! What You'll Do * Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities. * Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day. * Stay Active: You'll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. * Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we'll train you on this too). * Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope. Schedule & Pay * $23-$26.50/hr + extra pay for evenings/weekends and bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese) * Hours: 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday 3:30-8pm (Saturdays optional) * Work Setting — you'll primarily provide services in client's homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client's needs * Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn * Training will be compensated at the same hourly rate as the clinical role.
