E-commerce assistant

Saddlers Row is looking for a passionate, horse-focused team member with strong equine knowledge and experience working with websites, with a strong emphasis on Shopify. This role is primarily focused on supporting and maintaining our website while helping create a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.The ideal candidate genuinely loves the equestrian lifestyle and understands the needs of horse owners and riders. While website responsibilities are the primary focus, this role will also support our team on the sales floor by assisting customers and sharing product knowledge.Schedule RequirementAvailability to work at least one weekend day is required. This is an in store position. ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Product ManagementManage and maintain website content with a strong emphasis on ShopifyAdd, organize, and update products, descriptions, pricing, and product detailsEnsure website accuracy and maintain a clean, organized online shopping experienceAssist with product launches, inventory updates, and website merchandisingWork with vendors to gather product information, pricing, and product assetsHelp identify and introduce new products and brands that align with our equestrian customer baseStay informed on equestrian trends and products to help keep offerings fresh and relevantSales & Customer SupportSupport the sales floor and deliver a warm, personalized customer experienceAssist customers in finding products that meet their needsShare strong product knowledge in tack, apparel, and equestrian essentialsBuild genuine relationships with customers and contribute to daily sales goalsShare knowledge of new products and arrivals with team members
