Our team values accuracy, reliability, and consistency, and we take pride in producing high-quality work.Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide direct administrative and operational support to our Director of Sales.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, organization, and producing accurate, polished documents. You will play an important role in keeping sales processes organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.This is an in-office, detail-focused administrative position with a steady workflow and clear expectations—well suited for someone who prefers consistency and takes pride in doing things right.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of SalesMaintain and update Salesforce records with a high level of accuracyPrepare proposals, correspondence, and sales-related documentationTrack sales activity and follow up on action itemsOrganize and manage documents within Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)Perform data entry and database maintenance with strong attention to detailAssist with coordination and administrative follow-up tasks as neededQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of administrative or office experience in a professional environmentStrong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Word (formatting) and Excel (basic formulas)Excellent attention to detail (grammar, formatting, accuracy, and basic math)Ability to follow established processes while working independentlySalesforce experience strongly preferredPrior sales support experience is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForReliable, consistent, and highly organizedDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy over speedClear and professional written and verbal communicationComfortable supporting a senior leader in a structured environmentSomeone who enjoys supporting and organizing rather than leading or managingAdditional InformationThis position is on-site in Sylmar, CA.
