Associate Attorney
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of law firm experience and a passion for practicing law. This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance. Additionally, we offer some flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients primarily in the area of family law
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
- Assist in case preparation and strategy development.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-5 years of experience in a law firm setting preferred.
