Senior Project Manager – Owner’s RepresentativeGlobal Real Estate Development & Investment FirmMidwest Portfolio OversightWe're partnered with a global real estate development and investment firm as they look to bring on a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction activity across their Midwest portfolio.This is a high visibility role, working directly on the ownership side, managing projects from preconstruction through delivery across a mix of asset classes. You’ll play a key role in driving project execution, managing external partners, and ensuring developments are delivered on time and on budget.The firm has a strong reputation globally, with significant capital backing and an active pipeline across the U.S. This position offers the opportunity to step into a leadership role within their Midwest operations and have a real impact on how projects are executed moving forward.Key Responsibilities:Oversee multiple projects across the Midwest from preconstruction through completionManage and coordinate General Contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersDrive budgeting, scheduling, and overall project performanceProvide strategic input on project planning, design, and executionReport directly into senior leadership on project status and performanceCompensation & Benefits:$150K–$175K base salary20% bonus potential$1,000/month vehicle allowanceFree health insurance4 weeks PTO2 days per week work from homeThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into or further develop on the owner’s side, with a firm that offers both stability and long term growth.
