Lead DevSecOps Engineer – Fintech – Remote – €140,000 + benefits – Kubernetes - AWSExplore Group has partnered exclusively with a fast-scaling, product-led fintech to support them with the hire of an experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer. The business continues to see strong growth across the UK and Europe, delivering enterprise-grade financial platforms that process high volumes of secure, real-time transactions at scale.The RoleYou will own security across platform and infrastructure, embedding best practices into engineering workflows and cloud environments.Key responsibilities:Define and implement DevSecOps standards across the platformEmbed security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, scanning)Secure AWS environments (IAM, encryption, multi-account design)Harden Kubernetes and containerised workloadsImplement secrets management and access controlsBuild security monitoring, alerting, and incident response processesLead vulnerability management and threat modellingSupport compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS)Requirements5+ years in DevSecOps / Security Engineering / Cloud SecurityStrong AWS security experience (IAM, encryption, best practices)Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and container securityExperience securing CI/CD pipelinesTerraform (or Terragrunt) experienceSecrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)Monitoring/logging tools (DataDog, ELK, CloudWatch, SIEM)Solid networking and zero trust knowledgeScripting skills (Python, Bash)Experience with incident response and vulnerability managementRussian speaking is highly desirable for this positionNice to have:Policy-as-code (OPA, Gatekeeper, Kyverno)Supply chain security (SBOM, signing)Experience in regulated environments (fintech, payments, iGaming)If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply directly to this job post.
