Typescript/react/node programmer and Security Guard Manager Trainee

\*PLEASE ANSWER ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS, EVEN IF INDEED SAYS OPTIONAL\* This is two jobs in one: a software Developer, proficient in Typescript, React, and Node and, seperately, a Security Guard Manager Trainee, learning our security guard business, working in the field helping run our company, managing employees, assisting our CEO with staffing, scheduling, HR and admin responsibilities. Getting a guard card may be required. While training and learning about our security guard busienss you will also assist in helping oversee and develop a new HR messaging application which ensures there are no problems in the workplace such as: \*all previous pay was complete and accurate \*meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law \*no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury Our Guard Company currently use an Excel-based HR messaging system that is integrated with our scheduling, payroll, and invoicing application; the HR Messaging feature has been so effective we hired a few internal software developers to create a professional grade version written in Typescript, Node and React. We intend to sell it and start a business around it. This is NOT a remote position. Flexible hours and work schedule is appreciated. NOTE ABOUT PAY: Although we start off offering between 55 and 70 thousand per year, the right person should make more than that in due time after they prove themselves.
