SUMMARYAssists with store operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following, other duties may be assigned:Greets customers upon encounterAssists customers as needed in finding items and/or answering questionsRemoves out of date items from display area to include pulling wares and clothing.Maintains display areas including special displays, racks, shelves, bins, and other areas displaying items for saleMonitors and opens dressing rooms and restrooms, as neededWatches for theftAccepts donations and/or directs donors to donation area; prepares receipts as necessaryHang clothing in production, when neededCleans areas of the store, including restroomsPuts merchandise, including wares and clothing, out on the floorLEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:Leadership CompetencyHourly / Non-Supervisory LeaderOUR TEAMEmotional Maturity and RespectThinks how their actions make other people feel and acts appropriately. REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
