Senior Software /Cloud EngineerRemote within the USLong-term contractWe are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to support the migration of legacy systems and the modernization of APIs to align with ITGC (IT General Controls) standards. This role is crucial to ensuring our integration with new systems evolves effectively while building audit-ready, future-proof data pipelines.Project Scope and Responsibilities:Migrate the current systems to integrate directly with a new solution.Collaborate with the internal teams to support their transition to new solutions as needed.Modernize the commissions API by designing and delivering a tokenized, reportable structure aligned with ITGC standardsEnsure data is passed accurately and securely to support audit readinessCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required data is transferred appropriatelyContribute to architectural discussions and provide hands-on coding support for new and existing systemsRequired Technical Skills:7-10 years overall development experience in JavaStrong experience building and integrating RESTful APIsProficiency in Spring BootExperience with Golang for backend developmentFamiliarity with containerization toolsExperience with AWS technologies including ECS/Fargate, CloudFormation, SQS, and LambdaAbility to work in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and teamsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
