Description:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN-W2)Legend DDD Services – Mesa, AZFull-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Make a meaningful impact, in a supportive, team-driven environment.Legend DDD Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Nursing-Supported Group Homes. Our LPNs play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve. Position Summary The LPN provides direct nursing care, medication oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support to residents in DDD group home settings. This role works closely with the LPN Coordinator, DSPs, and leadership to maintain compliance, deliver high-quality care, and support residents with dignity and respect.
