Job Title: Business Support SpecialistLocation: Hollywood, FL (onsite)Employment Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting senior leadership by attending meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring follow-ups and action items are executed. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality presentations and supporting visual content.ResponsibilitiesAttend all meetings alongside senior leadership and take detailed, structured notes.Capture key takeaways, decisions, and action items from every meeting and conversation.Organize and manage follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Track ongoing tasks, priorities, and projects across multiple workstreams.Manage calendar, scheduling, and coordination across time zones.Handle email communication, drafting responses, and follow-ups.Create, edit, and maintain high-quality presentations (investor decks, partner materials, internal documents).Support the creation of simple animations or visual content when needed for presentations or external communication.Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, and messaging across all materials.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required.RequirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to capture and structure information clearly and accurately.High attention to detail and strong follow-through.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.Ability to turn rough ideas into polished presentations.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.Professional, reliable, and able to operate with discretion.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting executives or founders.Experience in business operations, project management, or similar roles.Who We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
