In this role, you'll perform formulation and manufacturing activities in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment, working with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies.You'll execute manufacturing protocols, troubleshoot processes, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality output. This position offers opportunities to drive continuous improvement while working in a team-oriented setting focused on safety, quality and operational excellence.RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred with no prior experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, formulation development, or related laboratory workPreferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related scientific fieldDemonstrated expertise in aseptic techniques and GMP manufacturing practicesStrong knowledge of laboratory equipment, analytical methods and instrumentationProficient in documentation practices and batch record completionExperience with quality systems and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and laboratory software systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while wearing required PPEAbility to work flexible hours including possible shift workDemonstrated commitment to workplace safety protocolsKnowledge of data analysis and basic statistical methodsWillingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $23.26–$34.88. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
