Paid Media Manager (Mandarin)

Location: USA (Remote) Company: BAI CapitalAbout the Role BAI Capital is looking for a Paid Media Manager to help drive digital marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences in the US market.This role will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and TikTok.You will work closely with the CMO and international marketing team to execute campaigns and provide insights on platform performance, audience behavior, and the broader Chinese-language digital landscape.This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run campaigns directly inside the platforms and continuously improve performance.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and TikTokOptimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiencyMonitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizationsCreate regular performance reports and insights for the marketing teamProvide guidance on Chinese-language digital marketing trends and platform best practicesCollaborate with the global marketing team to align campaign strategyTest new channels, creatives, and audience targeting strategiesHelp build and scale BAI Capital’s paid media presence targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences in the USRequirementsFluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong professional English proficiency3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns2+ years of direct, hands-on experience running campaigns on platforms such as Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), or TikTokExperience managing campaigns directly inside advertising platformsStrong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on dataExperience creating performance reports and presenting insightsAbility to work remotely and collaborate with international teamsNice to HaveExperience marketing investment products, real estate, or EB-5 immigration programsFamiliarity with Chinese-speaking investor audiences in the USExperience launching lead generation campaigns targeting high net worth individualsWhat You’ll Do You will help BAI Capital build and scale its paid media efforts targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences in the US, driving awareness and generating leads through key digital platforms.
