This role will be responsible for payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS data management, compliance support, and employee-facing HR services. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, responsiveness, and organization directly impact operations and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process biweekly payroll in coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy across timekeeping, deductions, and adjustmentsAdminister employee benefits including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment coordinationServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR processesMaintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all employee recordsReconcile payroll transactions with accounting records and support alignment with financeSupport audits, reporting, and compliance with employment laws and internal policiesAnalyze HR data and generate reports to support leadership decision-makingAssist with onboarding coordination, employee communications, and HR-related projectsMaintain documentation for compliance, audits, and internal trackingSupport process improvements and help streamline HR operationsJob RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or related administrative supportStrong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR complianceExperience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentStrong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levelsWhat This Role OffersHigh-impact role supporting both HR and finance functionsExposure to full-cycle HR operations in a fast-paced environmentOpportunity to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency
