We are expanding to accommodate our steady growth, and you will be working on our custom trailers. Our dedication to exceeding our customers' expectations is a primary factor in driving our company's robust growth.Our Aluminum Welder Will:Weld stock and custom-designed trailers.Be part of the trailer assembly from start to finish.Review each trailer for quality craftsmanship upon completion.Work 40-50 hours, depending on the workload. Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:45 pm or 2:00 pm-10:00 pmOur Ideal Aluminum Welder:Team Player: Drive to do a great job. Treats others with care and respect.Experienced: Previous experience with aluminum welding. Consistently lay solid, quality, nice-looking welds.Resourceful: Troubleshoot and solve complex custom fittings.Quality Focused: Understands the importance of paying attention to details so our customers receive a high-quality, ruggedly built trailer that will serve them well.Systematic: Able to follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
