CNC Machinist & Hardware TechnicianWe're building humanoid robots in San Francisco! We need a master CNC machinist to help keep Haas CNCs and Reflex Robots running smoothly. For the technician aspect, think Formula One pit crew, but for next-gen robotics. You'll be the go-to problem solver, fixer, and tuner for our machines.Full-TimeWhat will you do:CNC Machining (VF-2 & TL-2 Machines)Turn CAD into CAM programsRapid prototyping for the local team (One off or limited run parts)Resolve issues and discuss manufacturability with Engineering teamMaintain an organized shop with well kept toolingHardware TechnicianPerform hardware upgrades to robotsInventory Management and Quality ControlCreate detailed written & verbal team updatesRequired Skills:Must be a self-starter, organized, and reliableEfficient working independentlyAuthorized to work in USA (Ideally lives in SF proper)CNC SkillsPrecision CNC Mill and Lathe experienceHave a well thought out approach to setups, workholding, tooling and toolholdersExtensive CAM experience (Fusion 360 Preferred)GD&T proficiencyTechnician Skills:Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and common shop toolsProficiency making parts, assemblies, and drawings in solidworksAbility to follow and update assembly instructionsMechanical engineering degree is helpful but not requiredBenefits for Full-Time Employees:Health, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Vacation and HolidaysMeals provided during work hours + Plus Office Snacks
