Maintenance Supervisor

The individual in this role will oversee the maintenance team and is responsible for coordinating the repairs of manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), painting, and other building systems to ensure reliability, availability and safety of equipment and systems. Experienced in Creating PM programs, CAPEX folders, Electromechanical oriented QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills Required) Bachelor’s degree in related field required 3+ years related of experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in using ERP or Distribution Systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems Mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills Organized with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design Detail-oriented and organized Excellent problem-solving ability Ability to follow highly complex directions Demonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondence Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work Displays diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,466.32 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 5 years Schedule: 8 hour shift Work setting: In-person Experience: Maintenance Supervisor: 3 years (Required) plumbing, electrical, and HVAC: 5 years (Required) CAPEX (Capital expenditures): 2 years (Required) Create PM programs: 1 year (Required) Electromechanical: 5 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Spartanburg, SC 29301: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
