The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and families, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress to support academic and social success.QualificationsStrong skills in Speech Therapy to assess, plan, and deliver effective interventionsExpertise in managing Speech and Language Disorders, including articulation and fluencyAbility to evaluate and treat Dysphagia in an educational settingProficiency in addressing a range of Communication and Language Disorders in childrenExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop IEPsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldState licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferredExperience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
